fixedRejectedRowHintFilter

Filter that returns a fixed hint from getHintForRejectedRow without overriding filterRowKey. Used in OR / SkipFilter / WhileMatchFilter tests where the AND per-sub-filter rejection tracking does not apply.

rejectingRowHintFilter

Filter that rejects every row via filterRowKey and returns a fixed hint. Used in AND tests where FilterListWithAND.getHintForRejectedRow requires sub-filters to have individually rejected via filterRowKey before being consulted.
