Defines a unit of work to be executed.

When used with Table.coprocessorService(Class, byte[], byte[], org.apache.hadoop.hbase.client.coprocessor.Batch.Call) the implementations call(Object) method will be invoked with a proxy to each region's coprocessor Service implementation.
