Parameters:

conf - The Configuration

fs - The file system

tableName - The table the compact

columns - The column descriptors

allFiles - Whether add all mob files into the compaction.

Throws:

IOException

interruptIfNecessary

private void interruptIfNecessary()

Only interrupt once it's done with a run through the work loop.

join

private void join()

Wait for all the threads finish.

close

public void close()

Closes the MasterMobCompactionThread.

waitFor
