Class	Description
FavoredNodeAssignmentHelper	Helper class for FavoredNodeLoadBalancer that has all the intelligence for racks, meta scans, etc.
FavoredNodeLoadBalancer	An implementation of the LoadBalancer that assigns favored nodes for each region.
FavoredNodesManager	FavoredNodesManager is responsible for maintaining favored nodes info in internal cache and META table.
FavoredNodesPlan	This class contains the mapping information between each region name and its favored region server list.
StartcodeAgnosticServerName	This class differs from ServerName in that start code is always ignored.
